I repair leaks.  With any leak the most important thing to do first is to accurately diagnose exactly where the leak is.  It does no good to do a great repair on the wrong thing!  If the cause of the leak is not obvious I use a garden hose to test different areas one at a time.  Consider; a leak might be in the roof, the flashing, the siding, the gutters, the brickwork, the rain pan, the mortar crown, or the chimney cap.  In addition to these repairs I also carry spray on waterproofing products designed for chimney applications.

I repair fireplaces, brickwork and mortar crowns. I reline chimneys with UL approved stainless steel liners and a lightweight cast in place concrete mix.  I install dampers and chimney caps.  I diagnose and fix leaks, smoking problems and odor situations.  I remove birds and animals.
